I have worked in the natural beauty and cannabis industry so decided to make a soothing vegan CBD cannabalm.

It works really well for arthritis, muscle, and joint pain. I also make cannabis edibles including gummies, cookies and brownies. Made with cannabis-infused coconut oil, almond oil soy wax, essential oils, Vitamin E and benzyl alcohol.

I got slightly mixed up with videos( thanks adhd), so day 45 of Terp Talk is after day 46. The terpene is Elemol which is found in broad leaf marijuana(BLM), Indica dominant strains such as Afghan, BlackBerry Kush, Alaska & Bedica medical cannabis. It smells woody with a backnote of citrus. It contributes towards a body high so very relaxing. Also found in citronella, oregano and the elemi tree.

I paid a visit to Culture Boat coffeeshop in Utrecht yesterday. It’s the first time I have come across a coffeeshop on a boat and will not be the last. It was gezellig; a really nice place to have a smoke, a coffee and play a game or just chill out. I got some Permanent Marker, which was gassy, sweet and dank. Felt really relaxed, pain vanished, and it set me up for a very fun wander around filming a terpene video in beautiful Utrecht. Nice BLM/Indica high, but your mind isn’t too zonked out. Was also nice as a nighttime smoke.

Day 46 Terp Talk, was meant to be day 45, but time, it’s just a vague concept so day 45 is tomorrow. Selina-diene is quite an odd terpene as it is found mainly in cannabis not other plants. It smells of sweet wood and pine, can have a hint of mint. It has calming, soothing qualities. This terp can be found in Fuji, Banana Daddy, Northern Lights and Lemon OG Kush. -diene
