For those who still have their weddingflowers or any other flowers which are of importance. Drying your bouquet can be done by yourself but i often receive the question afterwards to frame it because they are just catching dust in the end. There is a big advantage of me doing it in the first place just because of my experience… but i do accept ready dried flowers! As long as you are realistic about me not being bring back colors nor manipulate the shape.

Receiving already dried flowers starts with dismantling every flower and check..as you can see this rose is of non use anymore and rotten. If the flowers are hanged within the original arrangement while drying 9 out of 10 mold will take over eventually.

Afterwards dismantling and holding on to the ones which are still usable…I just do what i always do…

Create an everlasting piece for you to remember…but without the mold and the dust!

The drama of a perfect dried calla. The quality of the original flower and its pigment is the biggest influence on the outcome. Whites are always the biggest challenge, flowers with a fleshy stem even more! When receiving your flowers I always tell you which ones will turn out great and which will be a surprise!

Big or small I love them all! This weddingbouquet I just recently ‘Caught’ but I received it already a week old so I had to kickstart the flowers to prevent the mold to take over.
