99% SEWN IN EUROPE
Almost all FREITAG products are sewn together by long-standing partners in Europe, mainly in Bulgaria and Portugal. The only exceptions are the Mono[PA6] bags and F622 JACK CITY. These are produced in Vietnam, close to where the raw material is made.



96,917 METERS OF UNSAFE SAFETY BELTS SAVED IN 2025
The car industry carries out rigorous quality checks on seat belts. That creates a lot of rejects, mostly because of minuscule flaws. We save this B-stock and give it a new purpose—after all, discarded seat belts make excellent bag straps.

USED TRUCK TARPS ARE 3X MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NEW ONES.
We dismantle the tarps by hand, wash them in a special washing machine, and run extensive chemical analyses to make sure they’re safe. Then there’s the tricky sourcing process: good-looking specimens are in demand, and a team is out on the road searching half of Europe for them on FREITAG’s behalf.
