A new story is live! 🇺🇸

One of the highlights of my Southwest USA road trip was driving a section of the legendary Route 66 through Arizona.

From wandering donkeys in Oatman and vintage diners in Kingman to the nostalgic charm of Hackberry, Seligman and Williams, this route is everything you imagine Route 66 to be: neon signs, classic cars, Harley-Davidsons and plenty of Americana.

I love writing about places that tell a story, and Route 66 certainly does. It’s more than just a road; it’s a journey through history, nostalgia and the spirit of the American road trip.

In my latest article, I share my complete route, personal experiences and practical tips for anyone planning to explore this iconic stretch between Oatman and Flagstaff.

Most people admire Horseshoe Bend from the viewpoint, but from the water you truly realize just how immense and impressive the canyon really is.

Paddling along the Colorado River, surrounded by towering rock walls, hidden beaches and complete silence — with a healthy dose of adrenaline along the way. 🌄

A Road Trip You Have to Experience Yourself

So much has been written about famous Highway 1, but nothing beats seeing it with your own eyes.

Driving along these massive cliffs makes you feel like you are at the edge of the world.

Nature is completely overwhelming, and it is amazing to think about the time and energy it took to build a road in such a wild place. From the unique houses on the cliffs to the elephant seals on the beach, Big Sur has it all.

It is not just a regular drive; it is a true experience.

The USA really is a must-visit country with its friendly people, beautiful nature, and endless open spaces. If you ever get the chance to go, do not hesitate for a second.
