New arrival in our store this week: Calathea White Fusion.

Their leaves have a beautiful mix of green, white and soft lilac tones that almost look painted by hand.

Fun fact: the white patterns appear because certain parts of the leaf produce less chlorophyll. This natural variation creates the unique “fusion” look that makes every leaf slightly different.

Care:
Place in bright indirect light and avoid too much direct sun, as the lighter parts of the leaves can burn easily. Keep the soil lightly moist and give it a spot with a bit of humidity if possible.

🌸 It’s that magical time of year again… the rhododendron bonsai are flowering! 🌸

Even though the blooms only last for a short season, they are truly worth the wait. Their delicate flowers are always bright pink, the rhododendron bonsai are among some of the most beautiful trees to enjoy in spring and early summer.

• Keep your rhododendron in bright indirect light or gentle morning sun
• Never let the soil fully dry out — they love consistent moisture
• Use rainwater if possible, as they prefer acidic conditions

• Feed lightly after flowering with fertilizer for acid-loving plants
• Protect blooms from strong afternoon heat and heavy rain to extend flowering time

Redwoods are beautiful trees through every season. In spring, they awaken with soft, fresh light-green foliage that almost glows in the sunlight. During autumn, the foliage takes on warmer tones and seasonal color changes. In winter, the tree enters its resting period, shedding part of its foliage and quietly “sleeping” until spring returns again.

Spring is the season of growth. 🌱 Longer days, warmer temperatures, and increased light make this the ideal time to bring new plants into your home.

With the sudden increase in sunlight, many houseplants start growing faster. This also means they use more water. If your plants seem to dry out quicker than before, that’s completely normal. Check the soil more frequently and adjust your watering routine accordingly.

It’s also a good moment to reposition your plants. Moving them slightly closer to a window can help them benefit from the extra daylight, but be mindful of strong direct sun, which can cause leaf burn.

Did you know there are over 25,000 different species of orchids? They’re one of the largest plant families on Earth! Even more amazing: with the right care, orchid blooms can last anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks, and some varieties can rebloom multiple times a year.

✨ Orchid Care Tips
Orchids may look exotic, but they’re actually quite easy once you get to know them. They love bright, indirect light, so a spot near a window (but out of direct sun) is perfect. When it comes to watering, less is more—about once a week is usually enough, and it’s best to let the roots dry slightly in between.

They also enjoy a bit of humidity, so placing them in a kitchen or bathroom can make them extra happy. Try to keep them in a warm, stable environment and away from cold drafts. And don’t forget: orchids do best in a special bark mix rather than regular potting soil, which helps their roots breathe.

With just a little care, your orchid will reward you with beautiful, long-lasting blooms.
