Natural processed coffee refers to how the coffee cherry is dried. In this method, the whole cherry is dried with the bean still inside, rather than removing the layers first like in the washed process. This gives the bean more contact with the fruit, resulting in a complex sweetness.
Our Brazil single origin coffee is naturally processed and has this rich and deep flavor. 🪴🌱

Fun fact: Just under 40% of the world’s coffee is produced in Brazil—around 3.7 million metric tons every year! 🇧🇷
