Happy ! 🧟‍♀️📚 Apparently, this remake was a horror story in itself. But we still love a good zombie story, whether it’s on the page or the big screen.With spooky season creeping closer, Night of the Living Dead felt like the perfect pick.

One of our biggest sellers last month? Blood Meridian! Honestly, we love seeing people discover Cormac McCarthy.

Camil chose it as his Staff Choice, and when we asked him why, he said:
“I expected a western, but what I got instead was a horror.”

He also calls it one of the most philosophical texts in fiction, with dense, beautiful prose, brutal encounters, and haunting monologues that stay with you.

And that’s McCarthy. His writing can be dark and difficult and sometimes downright horrifying, like The Road, but there’s something incredibly compelling about the way he writes. You don’t just read his books; you wrestle with them a little.
So here’s Camil and Jurgen doing exactly that. 🙃
