Big thanks to everyone that came by this Saturday for Paolo Rivera’s signing! It was a fantastic and very busy event! The amazing Paolo drew fantastic sketches and signed stacks of his comics for everyone. We cannot thank enough for visiting us! Until the next time in Amsterdam!

BREAKING NEWS!! SPECIAL SUMMER SURPRISE VISIT!

Legendary comic book artist PAULO RIVERA will be our special guest on Saturday the 18th of July at Henk Comics Amsterdam!!

Paolo Rivera became known as one of Marvel's hot young painters on a number of classic Marvel comics covers, and drawing the Mythos painted series. Paolo then pencilled and inked a Daredevil run with writer Mark Waid and worked on the succesful America series. He also worked for Valiant on The Valiant mini series and Hellboy and the B.P.R.D. 1953 with Mike Mignola. He has since produced a great number of covers for Marvel, the Walking Dead Deluxe covers for Image Comics and various other titles.

Paulo will be at Henk Comics from 15:00 until 19:00 on the 18th of July!

Here it is! Our special video to celebrate new comic book day at Henk Comics Amsterdam! And what better week than this week, because we have received 3 (three!) weeks worth of new comics!! Come and join in the fun! We are still unpacking but we are working as hard as we can to get all new comics on the shelves. A great friend of the store, Nassir, made not one but two special advert videos just for us! Big thanks to him and his wonderful crew. You can find him ! And remember, at Henk Comics it is often new comics day every day!
