Michiel Teijgeler started playing didgeridoo in 1993. Since then he developed a unique, personal sound and is known for his strong and groovin' style of playing. His musical journey takes him all around the globe. He traveld and performed at festivals throughout Europe and played gigs in Moscow and Lomé, Togo, West Africa. Since 2003 he travels to Arnhemland, Australia to deepen his understanding of the traditional style of playing and to collect instruments for his webshop. Currently he plays with the formations Acoustick aswell as a special act with a wide variety of bands, DJ's and solo gigs. As a teacher he works at percussionschool Mi Dushi, Apeldoorn, Scholen in de Kunst, Amersfoort and at Museum Volkenkunde, Leiden.
