🎛️ LOOPMAN 2 — TAPE LOOPS, RADIO NOISE & LO-FI MAGIC 📼

What if you could use a tape loop as an oscillator? 🎚️

With Loopman 2, you can play with the speed of the tape to change the pitch of voices and create that beautiful, warped, lo-fi sound reminiscent of Boards of Canada. Modulate the tape speed with CV, or use the Lopezz Gate to bring different sounds in and out.

And did you know you can find loads of amazing tape loops on Etsy? You can experiment with different loops and turn them into your own collection of unique samples. Loopman 2 comes with one tape loop to get you started.

📻 But there’s more… it also has a radio!

Use the radio noise with the Lopezz Gate and a little amplitude shaping to create weird, crunchy snare drums. Different noise, different snare! Or forget the drums and dive into beautiful ambient textures, dreamy drones, and mysterious lo-fi soundscapes.

Raw tape character, unstable pitches, radio noise, and happy accidents. A little machine full of sonic possibilities. 🖤

⚡ Loopman 2 is a limited release!

Komorebi Experiment — A Magical Moment of Flashing Lights
Komorebi is the Japanese word for sunlight filtering through leaves, creating ever-changing patterns of light and shadow.
The Komorebi Experiment transforms this fleeting natural phenomenon into a small-scale audiovisual performance. Moving lights, motors, lamps and electronic circuits generate patterns of light, movement and electromagnetic activity, which are captured and translated into sound.
Psychedelic piano, modular synthesizers, ASMR-like textures, building lights and electromagnetic recordings merge into an evolving environment where light becomes sound, sound becomes vibration, and vibration becomes physical.
The work explores the space between nature and technology, asking whether the feeling of sunlight moving through leaves can be recreated by translating its behaviour into another sensory language.
Sunlight → Leaves → Flickering Light → Nervous System → Electricity → Electromagnetic Field → Sound → Music
A sensory experiment at the intersection of light, electricity, perception and music. Lighting is designed with consideration for stroboscopic safety and photosensitive epilepsy.

Live China, Beijing 23 of October 798 Art district performance concept The Komorebi Experiment — A Magical Moment of Flashing Lights

Komorebi is the Japanese word for sunlight filtering through leaves, creating a constantly shifting dance of light and shadow.

The Komorebi Experiment is a small-scale audiovisual performance exploring how these natural patterns can be translated into sound. Moving lights, motors, lamps and electronic circuits generate visual rhythms and electromagnetic activity, which are captured and transformed into sound.

Psychedelic piano, modular synthesizers, ASMR-like textures and electromagnetic recordings merge into an evolving environment where light becomes sound, sound becomes vibration, and vibration becomes physical.

Half nature, half technology, the work explores the connection between light, electricity, movement and human perception—a sensory experiment inspired by the fleeting magic of sunlight through leaves.

The lighting is designed with awareness of photosensitivity and stroboscopic safety.
