⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ⚠️
Dear Clients,
We would like to warn other businesses about our recent and still unresolved experience with:
3R Sp. z o.o.
VAT: PL5223032620
Leonidasa 49
02-239 Warsaw, Poland
On 21 May 2026, 3R offered us a batch of IT equipment. We immediately submitted an offer of €16,000 and agreed to arrange the transport ourselves. On 22 May, 3R confirmed its acceptance.
That same day, we were offered an additional batch of 243 laptops, for which we offered €3,645.
On 26 May 2026, 3R confirmed both transactions and issued pro-forma invoice 79/AA/05/2026 for a total amount of €19,645. We paid the invoice in full that same day.
On 27 May, 3R confirmed receipt of our payment and instructed us to send our transport company on 2 or 3 June. However, on 29 May, we were informed that nothing was ready and that no transport could be sent.
At the beginning of June, the 243 laptops worth €3,645 unexpectedly arrived at our warehouse. The remaining IT equipment worth €16,000 was never delivered.
On 17 June, 3R promised to refund the €16,000. A payment of €8,500 was subsequently received, but despite repeated promises, emails and demands for payment, the remaining €7,500 has still not been refunded.
All statements above are based on our own documented experience, including emails, the invoice and payment records.
We strongly advise other businesses to exercise extreme caution, verify all information independently and use secure payment terms. Whenever possible, inspect the goods before making payment.
Outstanding amount: €7,500
We remain open to correcting or updating this publication immediately if the outstanding balance is paid or if new verifiable information becomes available.
