A soothing and relaxing tea for a good night's sleep: 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 & 𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮 🌼☕

Ingredients:
• tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
• tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
• cup of water
Optional: honey (or vegan alternative) as needed

Preparation:
1. Bring the water to the boil in a small pan.
2. Add the dried camomile and lavender to the boiling water.
3. Allow the flowers to infuse for about 5 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into a cup.
5. Add honey to taste.
6. Let the tea cool slightly and enjoy it before bedtime.

Both chamomile and lavender are known for their calming and relaxing properties. The perfect combination as a tea to relax and unwind before bed, supporting a good night's sleep.
