These frozen yoghurt bars are fresh, healthy, and easy to make. Perfect as a snack or a refreshing treat on a warm day!

Ingredients:
🥣 300 g Greek yoghurt (or a plant-based alternative)
🍓 200 g frozen fruit of your choice (mango, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
🥜 25 g unsalted nuts
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍯 Optional: 2 tbsp honey
🥭 Optional: A handful of dried fruit
