The largest second-hand race bicycle shop in the Netherlands is looking for a Head Mechanic.

This is a rare opportunity to earn a 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐘 and a direct 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐄 of the service department 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐓 (3-7%).

In this role, you’ll build and lead our Bicycle Service Department, from setting work standards and managing your own team of mechanics to driving efficiency and profitability.
Basically, the better the processes you build, the higher customer satisfaction, referral rates, and repeat visits - and the higher your income through profit sharing 😉.

You’ll work with a young, dynamic team and focus exclusively on high-end race bicycles.
