Since our announcement on December 18, 2023, regarding our closure, we've been absolutely overwhelmed by the influx of orders. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your support during this time. Our team has been working tirelessly, putting in extra hours to process all the orders. However, despite our best efforts, as a small team, we're struggling to keep up with the demand.
We understand your eagerness to receive your orders, but unfortunately, we're unable to provide accurate shipping estimates at this time. All we can do is keep you updated here on Instagram so you have an indication of where we're at in the process. Please bear with us as we work through orders ranging from single meters to complex combinations of fabrics.
We prioritize fairness and equality in processing orders, so if our processing time exceeds your deadline, we offer a hassle-free refund. Simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll take care of it.
Orders are being processed chronologically, and as of now, we're approximately at January 10th. However, due to our workflow of cutting fabrics based on remaining customer orders, your order or your neighbor's might be processed sooner than expected.
Exciting news! Not all of our fabrics are listed online, so keep an eye out for 20-50 new items added weekly. Our warehouse is like a treasure trove of fabrics, and even I discover new ones as I wander through the aisles.
We understand your concerns about receiving your orders, but rest assured, our fabric inventory is synced with our website, and we're committed to fulfilling all orders before our extended lease ends in December 2024.
For now, customer service inquiries are being handled exclusively via email to allow our warehouse team to focus on order fulfillment.
