👋 MEET THE TEAM — LIAM! 🇿🇦🇳🇱

You may have already spotted Liam behind the counter at The Lekker Store, so we thought it was time for a proper introduction!

Liam has been living in the Netherlands for around 5 years, where he completed high school and is now working towards his Bachelor’s in Molecular & Biophysical Life Sciences. 🧬🔬 (Yes… we have a clever one on the team! 😉)

In Liam’s own words, he’s basically “the cavalry for The Lekker Store” — always ready to jump in when we need him! 😂🙌

When he’s not studying or helping us keep things lekker, you’ll probably find him rock climbing, enjoying the outdoors 🧗‍♂️🌿… although apparently only to a certain extent, otherwise he burns! ☀️😂

And most importantly — he’s a HUGE football/soccer fan! ⚽️ So next time you see Liam in store, mention football and you’ll definitely have something to chat about!

When Emilio asks you to bring back NikNaks… he actually means it! 😂🇿🇦

Whenever one of our customers mentions they’re heading to South Africa, Emilio always jokingly says, “Bring me back a packet of NikNaks!” 😂

Well… one of our lovely regular customers actually did! 🙌🇿🇦

Safe to say, that little packet of NikNaks put a BIG smile on Emilio’s face! 😂❤️

It’s been an incredibly busy week at The Lekker Store — the shop has been buzzing, the vibe has been amazing, and we are so grateful! 🙌❤️

One of the highlights was preparing 60 freshly made broodjes for the students of Studievereniging Indicium. 🥪🥪🥪

A huge THANK YOU to Studievereniging Indicium for choosing The Lekker Store to provide lunch for your students. We truly appreciate your support and loved being part of it! ❤️
