Our in- and outdoor (heated) cabinets come with a characteristic round shape and unique opening mechanism, to ensure quick and swift opening and fast localization. Our cabinets are produced in the Netherlands, by using state-of-the-art production techniques and 100% recyclable materials. Modern AEDs deliver a controlled shock only between the pads placed on the chest. The energy doesn’t spread across the ground or through water around the victim. That’s why using an AED on a wet surface is safe, as long as you take a few simple precautions.

What to do:
- Dry the chest: Make sure the skin where you place the pads is dry.
- Avoid puddles: Ensure the victim isn’t lying in a large pool of water.
- Hands off during the shock: No one should touch the victim when the AED delivers the shock.

With these steps, the risk of electricity traveling through water is extremely low and the AED can do exactly what it’s designed to do: 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.
