I'm trying to plant a garden for the insects and birds. (and me! 🤗) It's working pretty well this year... Couldn't catch them on camera, but it's zooming 🐝 during the day and lots of 🦋

Not only flowers are beautiful! Never found 🌲that interesting. Maybe the weather this spring (they aren't yummy for the snails 😂)is good for them, but look the colours of the first one! And needles of the second pine tree are bundled in a cirkel, but not when they appear !

I am one of the few who loves the spring at the moment. In the Netherlands we're having a wet, and apparently, cold start of the season. Like we used to have many years ago
And I love it! It's perfect for walking in nature with my dogs and to work in the garden! And the plants, that have not been devoured by snails 😂, are doing very well on it. Like my chamomile, sown last year. They pop up everywhere!

Still alive and kicking 😂👋!
It took all my time, teaching myself to print with plants on silk. And I'm thrilled! About the techniques, the whole science behind and I really love ❤️❤️ the results!

I have an education and diploma in designing and making clothes. It's strange: we were also trained in fabric decoration and textile crafts, and I didn't like these trainings. I was good in drawing patterns, the technical side. I needed guidelines.
But now I am older I am far more into "the free work"!

So, I will continue making and selling yarn but I'm also going to dust off my sewing and lock machines!
Working with my own natural dyed and printed fabrics!

For now, only beautiful eco printed silk scarves in the Etsy shop, but there will be more🎈💚!
