Every week Dennis brings lots of bags with organic oats and flour from molen De Vlijt in Wageningen to De Gieterij. How great we have a windmill in Wageningen that produces and distributes these grain products at 1 km distance from the shop!
I would recommend to visit the shop at the Harnjesweg inside the mill as well, opens thursday-saturday.

Op donderdag komen de groente- en/of fruittassen van tuinderij de Stroom binnen: de Hemmense groentetas. Elke week zitten er 5 verschillende groentes in het pakket, deze week zit er sla, champignons, andijvie, spitskool, pompoen en bieten in. In de groete- en fruittas zit: sla, andijvie, pompoen, appels, peren en druiven.

De Stroom teelt het hele jaar rond om iedereen wekelijks van groentetassen te voorzien. Op de 3 hectare grond wordt vollop geteeld en ze zijn daarnaast ook nog een erkend leerbedrijf!

💜💜New: purple kombucha💜💜, hand made by Lana, in Wageningen. She discovered that the blue flowers of the ''vlindererwt'' (a certain peas species) make drinks blue or purple. She combines this with the famous ''cola-kruiden'' (yes, a herb that smells and tastes like cola!!), it's magical 💜💜
