Temperatures are changing at the moment again in many regions worldwide – and your piano or grand piano will certainly notice! ☀️❄️
To keep your instrument in top shape, create a stable indoor climate:
🌡️ Ideal temperature: 21–24 °C
💧 Humidity: 40–60%
🔥 Keep distance from radiators
🌬️ Avoid drafts, direct sunlight & sudden temperature changes
(Regular ventilation is important, but constant drafts should be avoided)
💡 Tip: Have your piano tuned by a professional at the start & end of the heating season.
And don’t forget yourself! Cold hands in winter or sweaty hands in summer can affect your playing. So make sure you are at a comfortable body temperature so you can play comfortably and always contact a specialist when you are unsure about location and climate for your piano. 🎵

🔥 Abstand zu Heizkörpern halten
🌬️ Zugluft, Sonne & Temperaturschwankungen vermeiden
