This Hohner Clavinet E7 is ready after some well-deserved TLC, and it's now working great.

The majority of the Clavinets we've had through our shop over the past couple of years have suffered from a non-functioning bottom pickup. After 40+ years, the plastic casing simply becomes fragile and breaks.

Spring is here, and so is Clavinet season! 🎹

After 25 years of restorations, we’ve seen it all—but the Clavinet C remains a unicorn. This is only the second one to ever enter our shop.

Produced for only three years (1968–1971), the Model C delivers that unmistakable raw and direct tone. Yes, it’s the «Superstition» sound. ⚡️

What’s been done:
Complete new strings with Clavigel
New hammertips
Refurbished preamp

One of the true privileges we have from time to time is offering single-owner instruments that have been well cared for. This is one of those moments.
