You don't need a fancy wild spot to enjoy the heat and a relaxing hot and cold exposure session.
No fjord, lake, river, water source around?
No problem, portable bath gets handy - in line with famous - adapt improvise, overcome :)

Norgesrekord i Vinterbad and we couldn’t miss that out!

Attempt to beat winter bath record in Norway went absolutely mental!

They run out of 1200 armbands prepared for the event half an hour before the entry to water!

Final counting is ongoing but it is estimated to have been over 2000 folks in the sea.

Whoever said electric cars can't tow must have never seen Tesla Y Performance (with a skillful driver of course) in action!
We were taken for a ride to the Winterland of Sirdal last weekend.

What a weekend it was! First celebrating another milestone in getting a stationary sauna to Godalen Beach with Badstu langs sjøen - Stavanger and on Sunday a big event Livsgledebadet with Jæren isbading near Ålgård with proper ice-water dip and plenty of positively-twisted folks.

Can you sweat for a good cause? Of course, you can!
Our sauna was on duty for a charity event at Vaulen last Sunday with a good herd of positively-twisted people taking the challenge of cold water plunge!

Wow. First ice mile ever swum in the glacier ice cave.
2000m 🏊‍♂️ in water 💧 under 0°C 🧊 within 43mins ⏰️
And all that inside a natrual glacier tunnel at the altitude of over 3200m
