Looking for energetic/proactive administrative assistant for multiple start-up businesses.
ROLE:
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients via phone calls/email and social media accounts for multiple start-up businesses
Send Business proposals to clients/prospects
Maintain social media accounts, write articles, produce creative content
Use canva or basic photo editing software for social media posts
Maintain contact lists of vendors/suppliers
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled expense/revenue reports
Research and creates presentations
Handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices
REQUIREMENT:
Tremendous interest in digital marketing/e-commerce business
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills (English/Nepali)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
No bar on education qualifications
