Shoe made by CosyWearShop Pvt. Ltd. Customer brought this shoe to us back after 3.5 years of use. He loved the boot and wanted the same pair new Boo. He was very happy from us and was back after 3.5 years but we suggested to try changing the sole, the upper was made of pure leather. Selling new pair of shoe was OK for us but we choosed customer service and suggested this boot will last you another year or more so please change the sole. If you are not satisfied then purchase new from us. The customer agreed and was more than happy after he saw the outcome, sole changed boot looked much more classic. He was so happy that We gained lifetime customer. Selling one pair of boot is not big deal but watching customer smile, save money and we earning customer for life is more important to us CosyWearShop.
