You take people and memories with you wherever you go and we know even though we mean to send sweet reminders it's not that easy.
We are you, a group of young guns working together to make your momentum special. We took all of our stories that can be relatable with millions of you and brought you the service of your dreams. We mean Literally!Now you can send that flowers to your mom which she deserves but never got. Send that White Shirt that reminds of your dad. We deliver customized thoughtful gift boxes from friends who reside in Australia, Canada and USA to your loved ones in Nepal with our personal touch. Each and every gift will be handpicked just for you with utter care that screams your love. We value your sentiments and as everyone says - it's thought that counts :)
How does this work?
Currently we have launched two types of gift boxes which you can choose according to your budget. (Hey we don't discriminate love here, both boxes are equally loved). Below are the steps of process
Step 1- Choose the gift box category (Choose from Silver or Gold Package We apologize for the limited option but stay tuned as we launch platinum and limitless packages :) )
Step 2- Select the color of your loved ones for the packaging theme .( We want to offer your personal touch so feel free to tell us the favourite color of your recipient. If you aren't quite sure and skip this process then we will send the packaging color from our original brand color which is lilac color. )
Step 3- Once you have decided the color and package our customer service will help you in further processing your gift. You might be asked for pictures that reflect your memory. We even have the handwritten card option in which you may be asked to send a handwritten letter in your own handwriting. If you don't want to customize anything at your end , Don't worry! We also have the option to send handpicked cards that reflect your love for them.
Step 4- Confirmation of Payment ( Friends residing in Australia can make easy payment in an Australian Bank Account) Once you confirm the payment. The delivery date and address will be confirmed and your order will be successfully placed.
Step 5 - You will get confirmation of the gift being delivered along with the pictures that captures the excitement of your loved one.

Clothing - A crisp white button up shirt for Men/ Cute Cotton Tops for Women ( can’t deny the classic must have apparel for dashing men) The color/Size of button up shirt can be customized. If you don't want white, then we won't force it on you because trust us we are very nice people :D
Sketch - We love art and we love love so we want to incorporate these two wonderful things to one. We will deliver a hand sketch along with Frame that symbolizes your moment. Be it a selfie or group picture, we got you covered
Letter -A handwritten letter in your own handwriting. (We are suckers for handwritten letters. What happened to the good old days where you pour your heart out in a paper that was kept safe under the pillow? Well whatever happened, We are bringing it back !!) But if this seems lot of work to you then you can skip it and send artistic Nepali Card that is assured to make your ones laugh

FAQ
How long will it take for my gift to be delivered? Can I pick a special delivery day according to my occasion?
Once you confirm the order and process payment. Our team will process your gift as fast as possible. We aim for same day delivery but in some cases it might take us the next day to process your order. For the same day delivery, the order must be placed before 10am. Yes you can pick your own day for delivery. We value your special occasion such as birthdays, anniversary etc so it is very much possible for us to get it delivered on your picked date and time.
How much does gift boxes cost?
Currently our silver package box costs $80AUD /$80 USD/80 CAD and our Gold package box costs $160 AUD/160 USD/ 160 CAD
Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
No, in most cases our service includes delivery charges.
What if I don't like your box accessory and want to incorporate my own?
Yes, we can definitely do that. We can entirely change the package but it will be under Limitless package and prices vary according to your chosen items.
Does this service reach out to every region of Nepal?
No, Sadly we are limited to provide this service currently in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur
How should I process payment?
You can either send it to our Nepali account by using your trusted remittance or our Australian Bank Account.
Can I track my gift?
Currently the tracking system is under process but we will send updates along the way about your package once dispatched
I live in Huston, Can I send the gift to kathmandu?
Yes, good news for friends living in the USA. We provide this service to friends residing USA , Australia and Canada
What if I change my mind? Will I get my money back if I change my mind?
Once you place the order, if you change your mind, do let us know up to six hours, we will refund you 80% of the ordered cost. If you cancel your order after six hours of order placed then refund will not be possible.
What if my recipient doesn't like the gifts that were inside the box? Can it be changed or replaced?
No, all of the gifts that are packed can’t be changed or replaced however if you are not happy with our package. We have one of a kind package called “limitless”. Please inquire with our customer service for a brief description.
What if my recipient has a special requirement or dietary requirement?
We cater to your special requirement or any dietary requirement. If you want our sweets and cakes to be Vegetarian/Vegan. We can definitely make it possible.
Can I send a gift from Kathmandu to Kathmandu?
Yes you definitely can but the prices will still be in Dollars
