Main Duties
1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visit
3. Makes product appeal to the target market
4. Persists in sales even in the face of failure
5. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients
6. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
7. Answers questions from clients
8. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
9. Assist the Field In-charge in the co-ordination, planning and production of marketing materials and activities
10. Develop positive working relationships with cross college departments and partner organizations to ensure all materials reflect the outstanding reputation, in line with brand guidelines
11. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
12. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
13. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
14. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
15. Makes product appeal to the target market
16. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
Requirements
1. Must own two wheelers and drivers license
2. Self-motivated and driven by targets
3. Resilience
4. Strong communication skills
5. The ability to influence and negotiate with others
6. Commercial awareness
7. Numerical skills.
