Position: Operations Officer

About the Company
Nepal Weifeng Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is a multinational-oriented company engaged in arts, crafts, manufacturing wigs. We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Operations Officer to oversee daily operational activities and support the company’s administrative, factory, and construction functions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
Supervise and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
Monitor and oversee the company’s construction projects, including the administrative building and other infrastructure developments.
Lead and manage teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and task completion.
Supervise factory operations and workflow to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Act as a liaison between top-level management and lower-level staff, ensuring proper communication and implementation of management directives.
Monitor, inspect, and report on the progress of construction and operational activities.
Support company management in operational planning, problem-solving, and implementation of organizational goals.
Education and Skill Requirements
Male candidate preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree completed.
Age: 25 years or above.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, project supervision, or related fields.
Must possess a motorbike and valid bike driving license.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Candidates residing within the Lekhnath, Pokhara-29 radius will be highly preferred.
