Yay! My studio is up and running. Loving the gorgeous garden view…and did anyone spot the cheeky piece of fruit cake on my work desk for today’s afternoon tea snack? Today’s project was to get started on some fish for the Akaroa Waterfront Motels. Do look out for them if you are staying there, they should be finished and delivered in a week or two. I can definitely recommend their beautiful accommodation, and they have some awesome winter deals .

My studio is almost complete - I have lights now! Hopefully in a couple more weeks time I'll be hard at work creating... In the meantime I continue to gather glass from the beautiful Akaroa beaches in preparation to start work very soon.

Hi everyone! Happy Christmas to all my lovely customers and followers, and wishing you all a fab New Year.
2023 has been amazing for me, as in October we moved our from Christchurch to permanently live here in beautiful Akaroa. Previously we were semi-permanent residents however we are now settled here for good! It's been a very busy year - I have not been able to complete much work recently because of the move.
Buckle in though, as 2024 is looming, and I am very much looking forward to a newly built studio to be completed, allowing me to begin creating as soon as it is finished. I am still able to gather sea glass from the beaches for my art work in the meantime though, so if you see me out there do come and say hello. I continue to try and clean up as much as possible on the beach to protect our wildlife as I go.
I will keep you posted on my studio progress and all my new creations once everything is up and running.
Thank you for your support in 2023 - bring on 2024.
