After receiving entries all through the summer of 2022/2023, we’re thrilled to announce that Todd Rice, a primary school teacher from Rototuna, Hamilton, has won a beautiful $5,000 Benavides handmade acoustic guitar! Todd has been playing the guitar for around 20 years and plays in a cover band and solo. Todd came up to Studio 1 to collect his prize and was kind enough to play a few songs for us to capture 👌🏼
