My favourite moment of our entire wedding day wasn’t anything extravagant. It was the extra 10 minutes we set aside for photos.

It was 10 minutes of just us and our photographer. We laughed, we took a breath, and we reflected on the fact that we’d actually just got married.

It was the quietest part of the whole day, but it’s the moment I’ll remember forever.

It’s something we now intentionally build into every runsheet we create for our couples, because we hope they get to experience that same little pause together.

If there’s one piece of advice I’d give any couple, it’s this:
Give yourselves 10 minutes with no expectations. No guests. No timeline pressures. Just the two of you.

Your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye, and those few quiet moments might just become the ones you treasure most. 🤍

Styling your wedding while sticking to a budget can be such a tricky balance. Especially in a world where we’re constantly surrounded by beautiful inspiration and endless ideas.

The advice we give couples who are feeling overwhelmed by it all isn’t exactly groundbreaking, but it’s something we come back to time and time again.

Choose up to three moments or spaces that matter most to you, and focus your energy and budget there.

Everything else will naturally fall into place around them.

More often than not, a wedding with a few thoughtfully designed moments feels far more impactful than trying to style every single corner.

Whether it’s your ceremony, reception tables, or the dance floor, investing in the places where you’ll create memories and where your guests will spend the most time will always have the greatest impact.

At the end of the day, your guests won’t remember how many styled moments there were. They’ll remember how your wedding felt.

Sometimes, giving yourself permission to do less is exactly what allows the most beautiful parts of your day to shine. 🤍

What a pleasure it was planning & styling this beautiful baby shower for Trish Peng. The brief was a chic, garden party, sit down lunch and we absolutely love how it all came together. Our fave is the gorgeous clothes line with the sweetest baby clothes. So excited for baby Begg to arrive 🩵🤍

A huge thank you to all of the talented vendors involved.

After years of being in the wedding industry, these are a few things we’ve learned that often surprise couples.

✨ A bigger budget doesn’t guarantee a smoother day.
✨ Beautiful styling means very little if you’re too stressed to enjoy it.
✨ Your guests won’t remember whether your napkins matched perfectly but they will remember the atmosphere, the laughter and how present you were.

When we’re helping couples plan their wedding, we always come back to one question:

How do we want this day to feel?

Because when you get that right, everything else falls into place. Don’t get us wrong we love a bit of styling but we always want it to feel right for our couples.

Which one surprised you the most? 🤍

After years of planning and coordinating weddings, we’ve learned that the most memorable wedding days aren’t necessarily the ones with the biggest budgets or the most elaborate styling.
They’re the ones where the couple gets to be fully present.
The ones where Mum isn’t setting tables before the ceremony.
The ones where the bridal party isn’t answering supplier calls while getting ready.
The ones where there is a clear plan, someone steering the ship, and everyone is free to enjoy the day.

If there’s one piece of advice we’d give every couple, it’s this: focus on the things that will have the biggest impact on how your day feels, not just how it looks.

Beautiful weddings are wonderful.
But calm, joyful, present weddings? They’re unforgettable.

Which of these surprised you the most? We’d love to know below 🤍

The most beautiful part of hiring an on-the-day coordinator isn’t the perfectly styled tables or seamless timeline.

It’s the feeling of letting go.

Knowing that while you’re laughing with your bridesmaids, sharing a quiet moment with your parents, or taking a deep breath before walking down the aisle, someone is carefully bringing your vision to life behind the scenes.

You spent months dreaming of this day.

You deserve to be fully present for it 🤍
