Molly always makes us laugh, and she draws lots of her humour from TV shows and books. Today, as I was telling her to hurry up, I had my hands on my hips and probably a face like thunder. She said something about Mrs Wishy-Washy. Well, okay... I kind of see the similarity (minus the scarf, fluffy slippers and pinny, of course)!🤣

We are out at Titirangi Market today. Great to be at a market that has been going for 30 years. The chooks were sounding when we arrived. Love seeing all the pottery tiles on the ground. Titirangi, close to all the old brickworks once located at Avondale and New Lynn, has a long history of potters and other artisans coming to Titirangi to sell their lovely products.

It’s market day tomorrow at Smales and Mother’s Day too. Molly suggests that you bring your mum along as it is “super, super fun”, or at the very least give her some well-earned peace and quiet! 🌟

Yes, all the rain that New Zealand has experienced over the last year probably does require the Metservice to rebrand to a more appropriate company name! 🌧☔️⛈☔️🌦🤣

A while ago, Molly said: “It’s not rocket science. Everyone needs tea towels.” So we listened to her and will have some fun ones to sell at the market at Smales this Sunday.

The tea towels come from a fantastic company in the US that aligns nicely with Molly’s Happy Place. It’s called Blue Q, and it has been running for 25 years. The company has many individuals with disabilities working in their busy, buzzing space that has a Santa’s workshop vibe. The words on the company’s cardboard box say it all... we just want you to be happy!

We’re off to the market at Smales in Takapuna tomorrow morning, and as Molly says, we have pins for Africa. There are pins to suit everyone, from the slightly bitter people of this world to the easy peasy lemon squeezy kind of people out there! 🍋 🌍 😀
