The part of soft play + party setups people don’t really see 👀✹

It looks effortless on the day
 but behind the scenes it’s a lot of timing, adapting, and problem solving in real time.

A 30 minute setup window might not sound like much—but when you’re unloading, setting up, styling, and trying to make everything look seamless
 it’s a full sprint from the moment we arrive 😅

⛈ Weather app says one thing
 then changes right as we’re unloading. Auckland weather is so unpredictable, and no one enjoys unloading in the rain 😭

đŸšȘ “Easy access” notes that don’t always match reality. No stairs, easy access
 yeah, we’ve learned to always double check that one 😂

🧾 Little ones getting very excited and jumping in before we’re finished setting up. We absolutely love the excitement—but we just need a moment to finish sanitising and make sure everything is set up safely first đŸ€

đŸ˜”â€đŸ’« And pack-downs that sometimes look very different to how we left everything
 I’m talking balls everywhere, soft play rearranged, full chaos 🙈 we said have fun
 just not that feral 😅

But you know what? At the end of the day, this is all part of the job we genuinely love. We’re here to create the fun—and we feel so lucky to do it đŸ€
