Eight months ago, life looked very different.

We’d just welcomed our third little boy into the world, but instead of bringing him straight home, our journey started in NICU.

Since then, we’ve navigated severe reflux, countless sleepless nights (I still haven’t had a full night’s sleep!), life with **three boys under five**, building our home, helping our eldest start school, and now, returning to work.

It’s been one of the busiest seasons of my life.

Looking back, I realise I’ve spent so much of this year simply trying to keep up. Somewhere amongst the chaos, I forgot how important it is to slow down—even if it’s just for five minutes.

That’s exactly why The Bath Ritual Co. means so much to me.

It was never just about making candles. It was about creating small moments of calm in the middle of life’s busiest seasons.

If you’re in a season that feels overwhelming too, I hope this reminds you that you don’t have to wait until life slows down to take a moment for yourself.

Here’s to finding those little moments of calm, wherever we can. 🤍
