Our gifts are a popular choice for speakers, judges, and award gifts across NZ events.

Why? Because they feel thoughtful, high-quality, and meaningful.

If you’re planning an event and need gifting ideas, comment “GIFTING,” and we’ll send you some options.

It’s not just the finished box that makes me happy.

It’s knowing what went into it.

Who made each product.
The time, the skill, the care behind it.
The businesses behind every item are doing real work.

So when an order comes through, it doesn’t just feel like a sale.

It feels like more work going back to them.
More consistency.
More opportunity.

That’s the part that matters most.

Because you’re not just supporting one business here.
You’re supporting a whole network of makers behind it.

And that’s what makes packing these boxes feel different every time.

If you want to gift in a way that supports more than just the moment, comment “GIFT” and we’ll share some options.

This time each year, I’m usually deep in the excitement of launching a new gift range intentionally aligning it with New Zealand Sign Language Week.

It’s a chance to celebrate, learn, and create space for inclusion.

This year, while our new range isn’t quite ready… I’m still showing up and giving NZSL a go.

Over the past week, my feed has been filled with people and organisations doing the same ,learning new signs, partnering with the Deaf community and leaning into something unfamiliar and important.

Honestly, it’s been pretty special to see.

If your feed doesn’t look like mine, perhaps this is your sign (literally) to start.

Even learning one or two signs today is a step towards a more inclusive Aotearoa.

I’m still learning. Still showing up. Still sharing.

And I’d love for more people to come on that journey too.

If you’re not already, follow ,they’re doing incredible work and make it easy to get started.

This is what purpose-led gifting looks like in practice.

Not a concept.
Not a campaign idea.
But something organisations are actively choosing to integrate into their events.

In settings like this, gifting isn’t just about recognition.
It’s an extension of what a company stands for.

Where products are sourced from.
Who they support.
What they represent once they leave the room.

Because these moments don’t sit in isolation.
They contribute to how your organisation is experienced—
by speakers, partners, and teams.

We’re seeing more organisations move in this direction.
Choosing gifts that align with their values, not just their timelines.

And the difference is noticeable.

Behind every item is a business that’s been chosen, not as an add-on, but as part of the supply chain.

That choice matters.

Because it turns everyday gifting into something more consistent.
More connected.
More meaningful for the people doing the work.

And over time, those decisions create real opportunities, not once, but again and again.

That’s the part that often goes unseen.
But it’s exactly where the value sits.

If your team is thinking more intentionally about how your gifts are sourced, comment “GIFTS” and we’ll share some options.

Support shows up in practical ways.

In being given real work.
In knowing your skills are recognised and trusted.

That kind of support changes the experience of work.

It creates stability.
It builds confidence.
It allows people to focus on what they do best, without constantly having to prove their value.

For many disabled makers, access to these opportunities isn’t always guaranteed.

It comes from businesses choosing to work with them not occasionally, but as part of how they operate.

And over time, that choice adds up.

More opportunity.
More independence.
More space to grow.

If your team is looking for more intentional ways to source your gifting, comment “SUPPORT” and we’ll share how this works.

What goes into a gift box is often treated as a selection exercise.
A mix of products that look good together.

But in practice, it’s a series of decisions.

Working with organisations, this is where the difference lies.
Not in the quantity but in the consideration behind each item.

Where it’s sourced from.
Who it supports.
Whether it reflects the standard your brand is trying to hold.
Working with organisations is where the difference lies.
Because these details don’t go unnoticed.

They shape how the gift is received and what people associate with your organisation afterwards.

At SpecialGifts, every product is chosen with that in mind.
Not to fill a box, but to ensure everything inside it has a place.

Choosing gifts shouldn’t be this hard.

But somehow, it always turns into a whole thing.

You’re trying to find something people will actually like.
Something that feels appropriate.
Something you won’t second-guess after it’s sent.

So most of the time, it ends up being whatever feels “safe.”

And that’s usually where it falls flat.

Not because the intention isn’t there, but because there’s no real confidence behind the choice.

That’s what we’ve tried to simplify.

Not by adding more options, but by narrowing it down to things that already make sense, quality products, thoughtfully sourced, that you can stand behind.

So it stops feeling like a gamble.
And starts feeling like a decision you’re sure about.

If you want a few curated options to make this easier, comment “GIFTS” and we’ll send you some ideas.
