The nesting instinct is powerful and can happen anytime but most commonly it occurs during the third trimester of pregnancy. It's the urge to have things ready for your baby, and dads can experience it too.

When I was towards the end of my pregnancy I was determined to have the nursery ready and have all the windows clean 😅. My husband was all about mowing the lawns and having the perfect edges.

Courier Schedule over the Christmas and New Year period for 2025/2026.

🎁 25th, 26th and 27th of December Closed.

🎁 Orders placed on the 28- 30th December will be sent with courier in the 29th & 30th of December.

🎁 Wednesday 31st December: Orders placed on the 31st of December will be targeted for delivery on Monday 5th of January 2026.

🎁 5th January back to usual services.

We will be taking a break from the 8th to 11th of January 2026, we will still be taking orders during this time but all gift boxes will be sent with the courier on the 13th of January 2026.

Today is the first day of World Breastfeeding Week.

We want to acknowledge mothers on their breastfeeding journey. Whether the journey was short or long, any amount of breastmilk you can give your baby is amazing. Well done!

1. Breastmilk makes baby sleepy
2. There are hormones in breastmilk (prolactin & oxytocin)
3. Breastfeeding can reduce ear infections and respiratory illnesses
4. Risk of infant death syndrome is reduced
5. Breastfeeding consumes 25% of the bodies energy
