Auckland Hobbies Fair September 12 2026 11-3pm THIS WEEKEND!

Te Atatu Peninsula Community Centre, 595 Te Atatu Rd, Te Atatū Peninsula, Auckland

Bigger and brighter - Plenty of both on and off-street parking
The Auckland Hobbies fair is one of New Zealand’s largest Toy Fairs for sci-fi Toys, Diecast models, collectible toys, Lego, working models, and much more. It is held twice a year.

Toy fair includes:
Dinky, Corgi, Lledo, Matchbox, Hotwheels, Solido, Minichamps, Spot-On, Fun-Ho, Hot-Wheels, Diecast models, old tin plate toys, Meccano, model trains and accessories, toy soldiers, kitsets, Doctor Who, Star Wars, Batman, TV themes, Masters of the Universe, Action figures, McDonalds toys, dolls & bears, miniatures, DVDs, books, magazines, records, plastic models, planes and more.
Eftpos and cash out facilities available. Drinks and food are available on-site to purchase.

Retrospace will be at this event with full eftpos & credit card facilities.

Takapuna Winter Lights STARTS THIS WEEK!

Thursday 30 July - Sunday 2 August, 5pm - 10pm

Get your Winter Woolies on! Retrospace will be open Thurs 10am - to late (Usually right up to the 10pm close give or take). Specials in store, lightsabers and special tables outside!

Takapuna Winter Lights is a family-friendly, all-ages outdoor sensory experience event with large scale light installations, performers and music. It is a hugely popular free event that will bring people from across Auckland/NZ for a night out in Takapuna.

Please note that our Takapuna shop will be closed on Monday and Tuesday 6th & 7th July.
The shop had a leak in the roof earlier this year which damaged part of the ceiling, and we're now getting that fixed.
The shop will need to be closed during the renovation work, but we expect to be able to reopen on Wednesday 8th July.
