Gel nail wraps hardening but having trouble with one of the layers lifting?

This can be a common problem depending on your natural shape of your nail bed. As you can see from my nail on the right, the gel is fully set and wrapped tight around my finger.

The other 2 nails, the “top layer” of the wrap itself has lifted away from the colour on the edge. A solution to this if you have noticed this happening often is to cure your wraps for an extra 60 seconds - this will help the top layer to attach to the colour and hold the form of your natural nails.

Now I know some people are not keen on the feet so here is my warning 😂.

Today was the first time using my excess wraps on my toes and it was so bloody easy! I didn’t have to be so precise either which made it a lot quicker.

If you do have excess wraps left are your manicure - why not give them a go on your toes 🦶🏻🦶🏽🦶🏿

We are rocking a plan solid black this week. It’s been a good few months since iv had my gels on and boy have I missed them. I also noticed that I got straight back into picking my natural nails so the lengths were all over the show.

With our Nice and Nailed gel wraps it is possible to lengthen your nails about 1-2mm but we wouldn’t suggest any longer as the gel itself isn’t quite hard enough.

3 weeks growth!

Some of my nails are longer than this and honestly, I have no idea how you long nail girlys do it! The butterfly fell off the back of my earring the other day and it took a good couple of minutes trying to hold it right in my nails 😂
