It takes a Village We produce Māori and Polynesian Cultural Resources. We hand paint peg dolls and produce Māori waka and Polynesian outriggers and next are Marae and the Villages

1. The prizes are not negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash or credit.
2. Who can enter? Individuals, ECE centres, schools, businesses, organisations… all must have a legitimate email address and a New Zealand delivery address (residential or commercial).
3. The prize winners consent to publication of their photographs

for our competition promotions. Photos will be published on Facebook (ittakesavillager) our website (Ittakesavillage.co.nz) Instagram (ittakesavillager) and Twitter (ittakesaVIL). We will ask for permission if these photos are to be used on any other media sources.
4. When you submit your answer, you may receive emails with discounts, blogs, new product launches and competitions before they are released to the public.
5. Our competitions are not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, but is run only for thanking our supporters of ‘It takes a Village’. They will be promoted and may have advertising on these platforms. Information including names and details will not be passed onto any persons or organisations. Your information will be secure with us.

if you’re attending the Pasifika Festival this weekend, come and visit It Takes a Village in the Samoan Village at Western Springs Park. We are clearing stock to make space for new orders, so many of our products will be heavily discounted, with lots more on sale. We don’t want to take anything home, so this will be the best time to grab our resources at great prices. Just to clarify, we are not closing down—we’re simply making room for exciting new products. You can find us there Saturday 14 March and Sunday 15 March, and we would love to see fellow ECE teachers come by and say hello.

We dont want to take anything home!!!

If you’re attending the Pasifika Festival this weekend, come and visit It Takes a Village in the Samoan Village at Western Springs Park.
We are clearing stock to make space for new orders, so many of our products will be heavily discounted, with lots more on sale.

WE NEED YOUR EXPERTISE!!! We are seeking to expand our cultural representations and require individuals with cultural knowledge and understanding to assist in designing new dolls. We currently have 16 cultures represented and aim to reflect the diversity of our communities in Aotearoa.
