Taco Tuesday is coming to Glen Innes. This is a fundraising event for Everybody Eats.

With support from The Lucky Taco, Lion Breweries, and Culley's we're bringing a three-course Mexican-inspired dinner to GI, and it's going to be a very festive night.

Tuesday 30 June, 6pm or 7:30pm sittings, $30 per person, includes a cocktail or mocktail on arrival and dinner!

Margaritas, beer and wine are available to purchase on the night
Three courses. Tacos for mains. Margaritas. Need we say more?

Park Ride GI is back tomorrow~

ParkRide GI is a new community event designed to help families stay active in Autumn. Ride at your own pace with friends and whānau, or meet new people along the way. You can choose your route, with distances ranging from 2km for children through to 9km for those wanting a longer ride. All ages and abilities are welcome.
There will be whānau-friendly activities, along with prizes and giveaways at each event.

St Mary's Community Tool Library is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This would suit anyone who wants to learn practical skills, anyone needing tools for small jobs, anyone wanting to share skills. St Mary's Church, Taniwha St. 10am-2pm. Thank you for continuing to support community initiatives.

Tamaki Tāmaki Jobs & Skills Hub are on the move! Same service, new location. See the map attached. On 1st July, they will be open in the building next to the playground.

From 1 July 2026, the Jobs & Skills Hub is continuing under Tāmaki Regeneration Company with the same commitment to supporting local people into employment. We will be moving from 54 Mayfair Place to 8/260 Apirana Avenue. We’re still in the same neighbourhood, but we’re just around the corner.

The Jobs & Skills Hub remains committed to creating opportunities for Tāmaki residents and is investing in long-term local employment pathways connected to regeneration activity.

The Hub will continue to support youth, whānau and community into sustainable employment. Services and support will continue as usual.

TRC are thankful to Auckland Business Chamber (ABC) for all the work gone in to collaborating with TRC in delivering an effective programme that has consistently strong employment outcomes and built local workforce capability.

The newly upgraded Eastview Reserve between Apirana Ave and Line Road has received 2026 Community Park of the Year. Those of you who visit the park will know why, it is an amazing community facility.
