ohan has worked as Executive Chef in star class Hotels that span over a 30 year period. He is also skilled at butter, Ice & Vegetable Sculpting. Fresco Foods cakes are designed and made to order and the company enjoy producing individual designs that are personalised to client's specifications. Fresco Foods can also provide gluten free/egg free/dairy free versions of all the cakes so should any guests have the coeliac condition it is possible to order a cake that all guests can enjoy.
