A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT OUR ADS & STOCK 💚
Hello, our valued customers.
We’ve seen a few comments along the lines of:
“Why are you advertising something that’s already sold out?”
We completely understand where the frustration comes from. If you see an advertised product and then discover it is unavailable, it can certainly be confusing.
However, there is an important part of our business that is worth explaining.
We primarily sell Pre-Owned and Refurbished tech, which means our stock can be limited and can sell through very quickly.
Unlike brand-new retail stock, we cannot always order another batch of the exact same devices when something sells out. We may only have a limited number available, and once those units are gone, they are gone until we can source more.
Our advertising also does not always stop at exactly the same moment that the last unit sells. Campaigns, promotional content and platforms can take some time to update, particularly when a popular product sells quickly.
That does not mean we are intentionally advertising something we know we cannot supply.
We understand that nobody wants to click on an offer only to find it is no longer available. We don’t want that experience for you either.
We do our best to keep our advertising and website stock as up to date as possible, while continuing to source quality devices and offer them at competitive prices.
So, if you see something you like, especially during one of our sales, availability can change quickly.
