Dear everyone

Many of you already know me and my business, Szilvia’s Little Kitchen.
For the past seven years, I have proudly produced and sold naturally smoked cheeses and traditional Hungarian charcuterie at markets across Auckland. My journey has included regular weekly markets as well as well-known annual events such as the St Heliers Art & Craft Market, Winetopia, and the Gluten Free Festival.

During this time, I have built a loyal customer base, received multiple silver and bronze awards for my products, and established a strong online presence through Facebook, Instagram, my website, subscriber lists, and online sales channels.

This is a well-established and profitable market business, ideal for someone seeking a flexible lifestyle, with only a few working hours during the week and attendance at weekend or occasional markets. It would suit anyone considering a career change or looking to step into a ready-to-run food business.

The sale includes all equipment required for production, storage, and market sales, along with established workflows and a valuable business network.

Dear Farmers and Craft Market Community,

Many of you already know me and my food business: Szilvia`s Little Kitchen.

For the past 7 years, I have proudly sold naturally smoked cheeses and Hungarian charcuterie at markets, including annual events such as St Heliers Art and Craft Market, Winetopia, and Gluten Free Festival, as well as regular markets throughout Auckland.

Over the years, I have built a loyal customer base, earned several silver and bronze awards for my products, and developed a strong online presence through Facebook, Instagram, my website, subscriber lists, and online sales.

Unfortunately, over the last year, after several tragic events in my life, I have been unable to continue attending markets. For this reason, I would like to offer my business to someone in the community who may be considering a career change or starting a new venture.

The sale includes the equipment, workflow, and business network.

I am also open to selling the smoked cheese business and the charcuterie business separately.

Last-minute order for Friday (10 April) lunch or dinner!

Treat yourself to a rich, slow-cooked Hungarian beef goulash—tender beef simmered in a deeply spiced paprika and red wine gravy, packed with comfort in every bite—served with soft, pillowy galuska (traditional Hungarian mini dumplings that soak up all that delicious sauce).

Delicious Updates from Our Kitchen

We’re delighted to share that our naturally smoked, award-winning cheeses are now available all year round — though in a smaller but carefully selected range. Your favourites, including Edam, Cheddar, Feta, Brie, Blue Vein, Cream Cheese, and Dairy-Free Cheddar, remain on the menu, crafted with the same care and flavour you love.

Hungarian Charcuterie – Almost Gone!

Our Hungarian-style charcuterie has been an incredible success — thank you for your support! All items are now sold out except for a small amount of hurka (Hungarian white and black pudding sausage). This final batch won’t be restocked once sold, so don’t wait too long if you’d like to enjoy a taste of traditional Hungary one last time.

Coming Soon: European-Style Sweets on markets

We’re excited to announce that European-style sweets are coming soon to our markets! Treat yourself to crispy cheese rolls, walnut-filled zserbo, fluffy fruit cakes, and other handmade delicacies that blend authentic Hungarian flavours with a touch of home. These unique sweets promise a delicious new experience for New Zealand dessert lovers.
