Pauanesia celebrates the beauty and spirit of New Zealand with plenty of heart and in its own distinctive local way. Our small and exciting store at 35 High Street, Auckland central opened in 1995 and has focused on offering locally sourced and hand-crafted items that celebrate and reflect New Zealand. We collaborate with local designers and craft artisans to commission a unique array of jewellery

, ceramics, hand-crafted items and home textiles. All have been inspired by New Zealand's native bush and birds, our coast-line and sea-life; our people and their stories.

Today's our last day in the store. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 26 years. What a ride it's been. We've loved (almost!) every single minute of it. Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou. At the end of the day we'll be putting our feet up — once we clear out the store! Phew!
