I'm having a late start to the day today.

Real talk: my mental health is not in a good space right now and I have a lot happening behind the scenes.

Some days are just harder than others.

I'm carrying a lot.

I'll be in later than usual, to allow myself time. To give myself permission to slow down.

I appreciate the support of all of my loyal customers. I love seeing your faces daily, weekly, or however often you stop by. Being part of your lives and your stories really does mean something to me. The relationships I have with some of you I have met through this place are very special to me.

I'm a sensitive wee soul and things can hit me really hard emotionally. The joys of C-PTSD.

I'll be in later, with a coffee in my hand and hopefully a smile on my face. But let's be honest, authenticity means something...so I'll see you just as I am, however that may be.
