Two years ago today I hit publish with absolutely no idea what I was doing.
I didn't have a plan. I didn't know anything about running a business. All I knew was what it felt like to arrive at hospital in labour and realise I wasn't ready, and I didn't want another mum to feel that.
That's it. That was the whole reason.
Since then I've learned everything the hard way. How to take a product photos. How to write a product page. How to be brave enough to put my face on the internet and hope somebody cares. Some days I have wondered what on earth I'm doing. And then a message comes in from a mum telling me her bag got her through her labour and her birth, and I remember exactly why I started.
Getting to be a small part of your birth stories is the greatest joy this has brought me. I don't take it lightly, not for a second.
To all of you who have been on this journey with me, and the small businesses from all over the country who have cheered me on, thank you. I mean it!!! Xx
