EMPTY SHOP FOR RENT IN VICTORIA RD FOR CHRISTMAS TRADE
Paradox Books’ assets have been sold to another Devonport local who is opening a new bookshop nearby in the village.
The empty Paradox Books space at 6/26 Victoria Rd is now available to rent until 17 January 27. Good for temporary Christmas popup or for longer term rent. Right of renewal for lease also available but must be exercised by 17 October 26.

Paradox Books has now closed.
It has been sold to Charlotte Gibbs a Devonport local and publisher of Toitoi journal. Charlotte is opening a new bookstore Fleet Street Books this month just across the road in Devonport’s Fleet Street.
Thanks to absolutely everyone who supported Paradox Books in its nearly 30 years of business. We hope you will continue to support Charlotte and her team at Fleet Street Books.

We are very happy to announce that Paradox Books has been sold to Charlotte Gibbs who will be opening a new bookstore called Fleet Street Books across the road in the village in September. Paradox Books will trade until 31 August. Fleet Street Books will honour all unexpired Paradox Books gift cards and current customer loyalty. Our thanks to all our customers who have supported us over the past thirty years. We hope you will continue to support Charlotte’s new bookstore.
