It’s time to say goodbye (for now) to the Flosskit!

I am Floss, Lauren Stewart a 28 year old girl on a mission to make people smile, one cake at a time. My Nana, who taught me to bake gave me the nick name Floss and it has stuck with my family.

This is Floss Cakery, everything you see here is all made by me, I am self taught, fuelled by my love and passion for baking and creating. I pride myself on creating everything from scratch and using quality, tasty ingredients.

Baking for other people makes me so happy. I love taking my style and flare, adding it to your design and creating something that you will love.
