🌸 What I Discovered Change MY Thinking🌸

If you saw my first post about my Women's Business Information Evening, you may have wondered what made me believe this could be different from the many “business opportunities” we see advertised.

The truth is, I wasn't looking for something complicated.
I was looking for a way to create an additional income without giving up everything else I was already doing.

🌿MY HEALTH JOURNEY – WEEK 2 UPDATE🌿

Two weeks in… and I’m 3 kg down! 🎉❤️

I wanted to share another honest update about my journey because I know I’m not the only person who finds changing eating habits difficult.

Week 1 was HARD.
I was hungry, tired, and skipping lunch was a real challenge because… I LOVE FOOD! 😂
But I kept going.

Week 2 has been so much better! 🙌
My body has started adjusting to replacing my lunch with the Atomy Easy-Enjoy Meal Replacement Powder, and I’m feeling good, I have more energy, and I’m finding it much easier to stay on track.

And now… Week 3 begins! 💪
My next goal is to lose another 1 kg, and I’m also joining a gym to add exercise and build healthier habits along the way.

I’m not looking for a quick fix.
I’m taking it one week, one choice and one small step at a time. 🌿
And yes… I’ll keep sharing the good days AND the challenging days because this is my real journey. ❤️
