Waiheke’s first bean to bar chocolate business is open!
Small batch, handmade, ethical chocolate bars made by Tanya Russell and Peter Russell.
We will be at market again this weekend and would love to see you. Thank you for all the support we have received so far, it has truly meant the world to us.

We are based on Waiheke Island, New Zealand, and source our ethically farmed cacao beans from islands in the South Pacific.
Proudly owned and operated by two experienced pastry chefs, we take pride in our high end products, and supporting our Pacific communities 💖
