SLEEPPOINTS LOYALTY PROGRAM UPDATE THURSDAY 8 OCTOBER
All SleepPoints accounts have now been moved to our new website. Your SleepPoints balance and tier should be showing correctly in your account 🥳
🤷 Where can I check my SleepPoints balance?
Once logged into your account, click the profile icon at the top right of your screen, then click on the ‘Profile’ tab. Your Rewards section will be displayed at the top including your Points balance and current Tier.
If for any reason, you feel that anything doesn’t look right please contact our customers services team on [email protected] and we’ll be able to assist.
Moving our customers' SleepPoints over to the new site has taken a bit longer and been more complicated than expected, thanks again for your patience! x
Here is a reminder, of some of the key things to note:
🔹 To login, use the same email address as you have done for your SleepPoints account. Our log-in now uses a Shopify verification code to your email or mobile rather than password.
🔹 Rewards redemption is in the ‘Add Discount’ area of the checkout:
- On Mobile - click ‘add discount’ near the bottom of the checkout to open the rewards section.
- On Desktop - Add discount and reward section is on the right-hand side of your screen.
🔹 You can now redeem your SleepPoints for SleepPoints Reward Codes by selecting the dollar value you want to redeem from $5-$50.
🔹 You can stack your redeemed SleepPoints Reward Codes and unspent codes stay in the new ‘Unused Rewards’ box that you can apply to future orders.
🔹 Sleep Points Reward Codes can only be used when your order total meets or exceeds the code value. Eg use a $20 code on an order of $20 or more. Change cannot be given on a discount codes or coupons.
🔹 Tier Entry codes cannot be combined with redeemed SleepPoints Reward Codes or other discount codes as these are a bonus extra.
🔹 You can combine Sleep Points Rewards Codes with Promo codes such as AFTERPAY20.
🔹 The way you earn SleepPoints and the value has not changed. You still earn 1 SleepPoint for every $NZD dollar you spend, 100 SleepPoints equals $5. There are still many other ways to earn points too.
🔹 If you have a valid unused Tier Reward Code, you will still be able to use this on our new website by copying the coupon code from your email.
🔹 Birthday's will have been moved across with your account if you had it loaded. If you haven’t added your birthday, and you're VIP Silver or above, add it now so you can earn birthday points in the future. To add your birthday, go to the Rewards page under 'Earn Points Easily Section'. Note if you're VIP Community you won't see the Birthday Points perk until you reach VIP Silver, and can add it then.
